📋 Description
• Work independently on general legal and tax matters of low to medium complexity, ensuring technical quality, meeting deadlines, and providing consistent client support. • Draft procedural documents and legal opinions. • Support the in-house legal team on all legal matters, including tax matters of low to medium complexity. • Participate in technical meetings with the client.
🎯 Requirements
• Knowledge of substantive and procedural Corporate and Tax Law. • Minimum of 4 years' experience in corporate and tax litigation and advisory work. • Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite. • Postgraduate degree/specialization in Tax Law is desirable. • Fluent English (mandatory; a leveling/proficiency test will be administered).
