• 3+ years managing paid media campaigns (agency experience preferred). • Proven track record driving measurable ROI/ROAS. • Strong expertise in Google Ads and Meta Ads. • Experience with TikTok, Retail Media, and programmatic channels. • Solid understanding of full campaign lifecycle management. • Experience designing and interpreting A/B tests. • Strong organizational skills and CRM proficiency (ClickUp is a plus). • Fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken). • Proactive, analytical, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
