📋 Description

• Manage all Facilities related items within a microregion. • Ensuring regional Facilities Specialists are meeting/exceeding budgetary compliance. • Mentoring and developing FS’s. • Driving all aspects of Facilities Specialist’s performance and Ownership. • Ensuring compliance of internal policies and procedures. • Empowering FS’s to deliver high standards and expectations. • Engaging in consistent communications with staff and property management. • Leading minor remodel projects as assigned from Regional FM.

🎯 Requirements

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required • Bachelor's Degree (BA/BS) from 4-year college or university preferred • Facilities experience in either the Specialist or Manager role • Knowledge of and ability to perform the Facilities Specialist job • Strong supervisory and organizational skills • Ability to identify top performers, empower team, develop leaders, ensure high standards, and remove obstacles • Thorough knowledge of Chipotle culture • Ability to speak, read, write, and understand primary language(s) • Knowledgeable of and ability to use a PC to access common programs such as Excel, Word, and Reporting Services • Ability to travel occasionally
