• Ensure delivery of business objectives through distribution, volume, share, promotion execution, new items and spending objectives • Identify and define specific strategic business objectives to maximize sales, share growth and enhanced profitability for the Chobani portfolio • Own the execution and delivery of monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives • Deliver profitable territory sales growth and monitor customer performance in order to develop action plans to address challenges and maximize opportunities • Develop Chobani brand portfolios in line with distribution, pricing, merchandising and shelving objectives established for each platform • Manage communications and meetings with customers and brokers to ensure high quality customer service • Utilize customer sales data and category management studies to provide fact-based analysis and deliver business building initiatives • Perform other duties as necessary
• Bachelor’s Degree required • 3+ years sales experience in the CPG industry • Experience using syndicated demographic/sales data in sales presentations • Retail customer experience preferred and ADUSA experience required • Strong and proven leadership qualities with cross-functional exposure / experience • Must be comfortable working with syndicated data • Track record of being highly customer focused, building and maintaining excellent relationships • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects against deadlines • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite • Knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies • Willingness to travel • Must live in the East region of the US
