📋 Description

• Managing and performing sales direct to national foodservice chain operators • Focus on a targeted list of the top 100 national chains • Generate new business leads and build pipeline of new business to drive sales • Establish and maintain strong business relationships with key influencers and decision-makers within the national foodservice segment • Create Annual Operating Plan (AOP), measured by growth of Key Performance Indicators • Develop, plan, and implement strategic selling plans • Provide integrated customer, consumer, and competitor insights to the leadership team • Regularly perform menu and operations analysis • Partner with the Demand team functions in ensuring excellence in execution of all brand-related activities • Lead initiatives for new product development and coordinate national rollouts of new products • Improve communication and develop process improvements to drive increased sales • Complete other tasks as needed

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree required • 5-7 years consumer packaged goods experience including Foodservice regional, corporate, or national account and/or Category Management • High level of proficiency in working directly with Senior Level Management within a client’s headquarters • Strong leadership skills • Experience building, leading, and mentoring a large, dedicated team • Strong cross-functional exposure / experience • Highly customer focused with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills • Ability to work in an entrepreneurial, fast-paced, and dynamic environment • Highly organized, can balance multiple projects at once • Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Microsoft PowerPoint • Knowledgeable of market and industry trends, competitors, and leading customer strategies • Willingness to travel 30-50%
