📋 Description

• Professional and organizational responsibility for large parts of the legal function. • Operational and strategic legal work for the General Counsel. • Handling corporate law matters across the full spectrum. • Primary point of contact for employment law matters. • Development and implementation of AI-supported working methods within the legal function. • Contract negotiations and management of external counsel and advisors. • Supporting product teams with legal guidance for their projects.

🎯 Requirements

• Two completed German state law examinations (Staatsexamen), with at least one passed with the grade "vollbefriedigend" or better, or an equivalent qualification. • Several years (ideally 8+ years) of experience in corporate law and related areas. • Knowledge of IT law and employment law. • Independently responsible for complex corporate law projects. • Proven experience using AI tools in legal practice. • Entrepreneurial mindset, sound risk awareness, and strong interpersonal skills. • Excellent communication skills and a personable manner at all levels. • Excellent command of English. • Leadership experience.
