📋 Description

• Join an internationally successful development team and help shape a secure, highly available platform • Write clean, maintainable, readable, changeable, and trustworthy code • Discuss software quality and trade-offs openly • Work with Java 25, Spring, MySQL, and GitLab CI • Shape solutions with product, UX, and fellow developers • Contribute perspective to product and technical design • Collaborate with teammates and other teams • Take ownership of features from problem definition through production • Apply pragmatic judgments about implementation quality and long-term impact

🎯 Requirements

• Problem-oriented mindset and curiosity about why features are built • Ability to write readable, maintainable, and trustworthy code • Clear written and verbal communication • Natural collaboration with teammates and other teams • Ownership from problem definition through production • Pragmatic approach to software design and implementation • Hands-on experience with Java and its ecosystem • Solid fundamentals in testing, version control, CI/CD, and production software operation • Familiarity with Spring, Maven or Gradle, SQL, and GitLab; remaining tools can be learned on the job
