📋 Description

• Design, build, and run cloud-native Go microservices powering Form3’s real-time payments platform • Build highly available, low-latency, scalable systems handling billions of payment requests • Own services end-to-end from design and implementation through deployment and production support • Improve cost-efficiency, observability, operational excellence, resilience, and security • Enhance payment capabilities, simplify complex systems, reduce operational risk, and add functionality without compromising stability • Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and operational stakeholders • Work in autonomous teams focused on code quality, simplicity, and continuous improvement • Operate software throughout its lifecycle in a true DevOps model

🎯 Requirements

• Deep understanding of designing and building distributed systems • Experience with Go and a “right tool for the job” mentality • Familiarity with cloud and containerisation technologies • Familiarity with test automation tools and CI/CD pipelines • Ability and interest in owning projects end-to-end and supporting them in production • Appreciation of clean code and software engineering best practice • Ability to work on complex, high-performance, robust critical software • Great communication skills and willingness to share knowledge and collaborate • Experience with or knowledge of Golang, Kubernetes, CockroachDB, and NATS JetStream • Knowledge of AWS, GCP, Azure, Terraform, Flux, GitHub, Prometheus, Pact.io, Tilt, Elasticsearch, Vault, Cilium, Java, CQRS, TDD/BDD, and SecDevOps
