📋 Description
• Develop dashboards, spreadsheets, and control tools that support management and decision-making; • Create and monitor performance indicators, metrics, and methods for measuring results; • Prepare technical and strategic People & Management reports tailored to different business areas; • Support the mapping, review, and implementation of processes, promoting efficiency and standardization; • Build dashboards to monitor personnel costs and headcount budget; • Integrate, analyze, and ensure the consistency and reliability of the team's databases; • Support Business Partners with analyses and strategic People & Management projects; • Identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions to optimize processes and outcomes; • Map, refine, and automate internal processes, driving the team's digitalization; • Manage and continuously curate the People Analytics Data Lake; • Ensure ethical use and protection of data, in compliance with LGPD (Brazilian General Data Protection Law) and Compliance policies.
🎯 Requirements
• Currently enrolled in a bachelor's degree program in Engineering, Business Administration, or Economics; • Advanced Excel skills are required; • Knowledge and experience with Power BI, SQL, Python, Google Cloud, and VBA; • Interest in programming and data analysis is a plus; • Experience with Looker Studio is a plus.
