• Develop and execute pricing strategies across the full product lifecycle. • Define and implement pricing strategies (full price, promotions, and markdowns) to maximize revenue, margin, and inventory turnover. • Lead product repricing processes and initiatives, including testing and optimization. • Manage the promotional calendar, ensuring discount efficiency and avoiding cannibalization. • Monitor KPIs and performance (revenue, margin, inventory, sell-through), generating actionable insights. • Conduct pricing analyses (elasticity, sensitivity, campaign impact) to support decision-making. • Participate in the pricing process for new products, supporting decision-making. • Work collaboratively with related departments. • Structure and evolve pricing processes and models with a focus on scalability and efficiency.
• Degree in Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, or related fields. • Solid experience in Pricing, Planning, or Revenue Management. • Strong analytical profile, with proficiency in Excel/Sheets and BI tools. • Experience building business cases and executive presentations. • Experience with promotions, markdowns, and commercial performance analysis. • Retail and omnichannel business experience is a plus.
