📋 Description

• Specify KPIs together with the requesting area for report development. • Understand business rules to define automated processes via the database. • Validate and approve information together with the Finance and Accounting teams. • Technically analyze information requirements in databases and request the construction of processes in partnership with Engineering teams. • Be responsible for the continuous improvement and maintenance of internal data datasets. • Validate indicators during closing processes (financially critical environment) to ensure report accuracy. • Build and automate reports using Power BI.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Database Systems, Computer Science, BI & Analytics, or related fields. • Experience building reports. • Experience understanding and defining business rules with users for report and KPI development. • Experience working with users to specify strategic indicators. • Experience selecting/retrieving data from databases (Oracle, SQL Server, Redshift, or equivalents). • Experience building indicators/DataViz using Power BI. • To stand out in this role, it would be desirable to also have: • Experience in the acquiring/merchant services segment, fintechs, and financial areas. • Experience with data visualization and data storytelling. • Experience reading and analyzing business indicators in already published reports. • Advanced Microsoft Office skills, with a focus on Excel. • Experience automating queries and data processes using Python.
