📋 Description
• Support in the execution of clients' weekly, biweekly, and monthly Social Listening and Social Insights reports; • Perform tagging and basic setup in social tools; • Liaise with Planning, Media, and Account teams and occasionally present periodic reports to clients; • Classify sentiment of mentions and tabulate non-automated data.
🎯 Requirements
• Social Listening (owned and earned): basic knowledge of methodologies in this discipline; • Social Analytics: content performance analysis; • Familiarity with social tools (Stilingue, Sprinklr, Emplifi, and/or Buzzmonitor); • Basic knowledge of creating Boolean queries and keyword lists; • Proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint; • Organized, analytical profile with a sense of urgency.
