📋 Description

• Monitor and inspect the execution of corporate construction projects, renovations, and building adaptations, ensuring compliance with schedules, costs, scopes, and quality standards; • Prepare and technically validate scopes of work and project specifications, as well as review and validate budgets submitted by suppliers; • Manage processes with public authorities to obtain and renew operating permits, technical licenses, and other mandatory documentation; • Participate in the planning, monitoring, and control of corrective and preventive building maintenance, coordinating internal teams and external suppliers; • Control the physical and financial progress of construction works and maintenance, preparing spreadsheets, reports, and performance indicators; • Interface with internal departments to identify infrastructure improvement needs and building adaptations; • Support technical feasibility studies for site prospecting, expansions, and unit renovations; • Ensure that all projects and interventions comply with technical standards, current legislation, safety requirements, and engineering best practices.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering; • Solid experience in overseeing and executing civil construction works (preferably corporate, retail, or commercial buildings); • Experience with physical-financial control of construction projects; • Experience in building maintenance and supplier contract management; • Proficient in AutoCAD; • Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office; • Availability to travel and flexible working hours; • Knowledge of technical standards and regulations applicable to building infrastructure; • Experience in corporate projects involving multiple locations or distributed operations;
