📋 Description
• Execute the complete fund lifecycle (from formation to closure) • Open and close funds • Reconcile portfolios and fees (administration and management) • Monitor and control fund operations and movements • Manage cash and perform fund zeroing/sweeps • Handle compliance-related requests concerning funds • Work with operations via CETIP / SELIC • Support public offerings • Allocate securities (blocks and collateral) • Produce operational analyses to support management • Explore automation and the use of AI to improve efficiency
🎯 Requirements
• Experience with structured funds • Experience with CETIP/SELIC operations • Knowledge of public offerings • Experience with automation (Python, VBA, no-code tools, AI, etc.)
