📋 Description

• Manage administrative and operational back-office processes; • Support the commercial team in managing contracts, proposals, and documentation; • Verify, organize, and update data, records, and internal controls; • Prepare executive PowerPoint presentations with a high level of organization; • Develop management materials and reports to support leadership and commercial teams; • Consolidate information, KPIs, and analyses into presentations for clients, internal meetings, and the executive board; • Ensure visual standardization, quality, and consistency of presented information; • Assist in the development of commercial proposals, reports, and corporate materials; • Identify improvement opportunities and propose optimization of internal processes;

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree completed or in progress in Business Administration, Management Processes, Finance, Technology, or related fields; • Previous experience in administrative, financial, or back-office routines; • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite; • Excellent information organization skills; • Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate across departments; • Ability to translate data and processes into clear materials for decision-making; • Proactive attitude and strong sense of responsibility in managing daily routines; • Experience with administrative procedures;
