📋 Description

• Perform the onboarding process for new employees, ensuring all steps are completed effectively. • Oversee the offboarding process for employees, ensuring all procedures are carried out according to project/client guidelines. • Execute access requests for systems and resources, ensuring requests are fulfilled according to contractual guidelines and within SLA. • Ensure all employees receive the necessary resources within required timeframes. • Follow up with involved teams/departments to ensure requests are addressed in a timely manner. • Manage registrations, updates, and maintenance of information with clients. • Organize and maintain up-to-date documents and records to promote an efficient working environment. • Contribute to the company's enterprise-scale AI implementation strategy by identifying automation opportunities, optimizing processes, and promoting an organizational culture aligned with the /Flow strategy. • Develop and implement administrative solutions that promote effective use of AI to improve team performance and operational efficiency.

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience in administrative or support roles. • Strong verbal and written communication skills. • English: B2+ (upper-intermediate or higher). • Degree in Business Administration, Technology, or related fields. • Proficiency with G Suite and Microsoft Office tools. • Organizational skills and strong attention to detail. • Experience in process management or customer/service support. • You will stand out if you have: • Knowledge of project management tools. • Familiarity with team or resource management systems.
