📋 Description

• Develop and maintain Power BI reports and dashboards end-to-end as the primary day-to-day focus • Handle fixes, system enhancements, and UX improvements on the Tessera web platform • Implement self-contained epics such as filter/navigation UX and unit operations visibility • Integrate complex cloud infrastructure for real-time collaboration • Act as a hands-on expert for advanced AI solutions beyond basic LLM chat interfaces • Perform AI evaluations, fine-tuning, prompt engineering, and model selection • Contribute to ideation, proof-of-concept development, and early-stage experimentation for AI use cases • Challenge technical assumptions and evaluate AI solution nuances as a strategic thought partner • Help shape the direction of future digital products • Work in a pre-existing codebase and apply UX sensibility to support the Tessera platform

🎯 Requirements

• Strong full-stack development background with a documented history of successfully completed projects • Demonstrated experience with application architecture design • Deep understanding of enterprise component integration across the stack • Mandatory proficiency in Power BI • High comfort working across Java, React, and Google Cloud Platform • Previous involvement in AI/ML projects beyond prototyping into rigorous evaluation and iterative deployment phases • Experience with TypeScript, React 18, TanStack Query, Material UI, Java 17, Spring Boot 3, MySQL 8, Google Cloud Platform, Docker, and Firebase Auth
