📋 Description

• Join the Addon WhatsApp team, focused on evolving and driving adoption of the messaging product • Lead the resolution of frontend technical challenges, delivering conversational interfaces, components, and experiences that are reliable, performant, and scalable • Develop, test, and deploy new features and improvements • Perform code reviews on pull requests • Support product operations to ensure a great customer experience • Provide support to internal and external customers, aiming for permanent resolution of issues • Share knowledge with colleagues, the company, and the wider community • Design solutions with consideration for cost, impact, and resource optimization • Collaborate in technical discussions and product planning • Develop and maintain components and features in React • Implement continuous improvements focused on user experience • Participate in Scrum ceremonies and contribute to sprint planning and execution • Work with business teams to translate needs into technical solutions • Propose and implement innovative solutions to improve the sales flow and customer experience

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in frontend development, especially with React • Experience with Git and best practices in version control • Proficiency with CI/CD tools such as Jenkins, GitLab CI, and CircleCI • Ability to work autonomously and deliver end-to-end development tasks • Knowledge of module bundlers such as Webpack, Rollup, and Parcel • Experience with automated unit and integration testing • Nice to have: experience with micro front-ends, SPA navigation, and conversational products • Nice to have: interest or experience in sales, conversational platforms, chatbots, and AI • Nice to have: willingness to share knowledge through mentoring, community participation, articles, talks, or open source projects
