📋 Description

• Design and execute the strategy to decompose a PHP monolithic application into a cloud-distributed, API-based architecture (Node.js) and single-page applications (React SPA), applying legacy strangler patterns (Strangler Fig Pattern) • Build scalable, resilient, high-performance APIs using Node.js • Develop rich, high-performance, componentized user interfaces using React • Implement, configure, and optimize AI agents and automated workflows in the repository and daily project operations • Accelerate code refactoring, test automation, and generation of technical documentation using AI agents • Define code standards, folder architecture, and strategies for automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests • Conduct high-level code reviews focused on maintainability and security • Support the technical team in complex decision-making • Share knowledge on software engineering best practices, system design, and advanced use of AI

🎯 Requirements

• Advanced technical expertise in PHP • Experience with Node.js, preferably using TypeScript • Experience with React, including Hooks, global state management, and rendering optimization • Advanced hands-on experience with assisted development and prompt engineering tools, such as Claude Code, Cursor, and GitHub Copilot • Experience mentoring autonomous agents • Familiarity with consumption and integration of LLM APIs, including OpenAI and Anthropic • Familiarity with agent-based development workflow automation tools • Strong knowledge of distributed and serverless AWS architectures • Knowledge of AWS Lambda, API Gateway, S3, RDS, CloudFront, ECS, and EKS • Proficiency in DDD (Domain-Driven Design) • Proficiency in Hexagonal/Clean Architecture • Knowledge of relational databases such as MySQL and PostgreSQL, and NoSQL databases • Knowledge of advanced CI/CD pipelines, including GitHub Actions and GitLab CI • Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or Information Systems, or equivalent practical market experience — considered a plus, not mandatory • AWS certifications — a plus • Courses, specializations, or a practical portfolio in AI Engineering, Prompt Engineering, or Advanced Software Architecture — a plus • Proven experience in architectural modernization and migrating monoliths to microservices or event-driven architectures • Solid experience developing high-scale systems, concurrency, query optimization, and caching • Strong experience integrating and building automations with AI tools and frameworks
