📋 Description

• Design, build, and ship internal tools, applications, dashboards, and automations powering Koin’s operations • Take features from approved Statement of Work through Technical Design Document, building, testing, and deployment • Build Next.js applications hosted on Vercel using Supabase, n8n, and GitHub • Integrate internal tools with NetSuite, Shopify, and Patchworks • Identify and prioritise manual, repetitive, or inefficient processes for automation • Design, build, and maintain Claude-powered automations delivering measurable time and cost savings • Develop multi-step n8n workflows integrating Claude with business systems via APIs and webhooks • Design and implement agent-based architectures, including sub-agents and orchestration agents • Build reusable prompt templates, Claude Projects, custom skills, and automation patterns • Design and deliver AI training programmes, materials, guides, video walkthroughs, and documentation • Provide one-to-one coaching and support for colleagues integrating AI into workflows • Develop and refine prompting strategies across Claude Chat, Cowork, and Code • Establish prompt-engineering best practices and maintain a library of tested prompts • Troubleshoot prompt performance, hallucination, and inconsistent outputs • Contribute to Koin’s AI adoption roadmap and strategic priorities • Research and evaluate AI tools, models, and capabilities • Provide input on build-vs-buy decisions for AI tooling and integrations • Collaborate with marketing, operations, finance, customer service, and e-commerce teams • Partner with the Systems & Data team on data pipelines and platforms • Report progress, impact, and learnings to leadership

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record of shipping production web applications using AI-accelerated development, with real examples • Deep hands-on experience with Claude Code as a primary development environment, plus strong knowledge of Claude Chat and Cowork • Strong Supabase experience, including Postgres data modelling, Row Level Security policies, and edge functions • Experience deploying and running Next.js applications on Vercel • Disciplined GitHub workflow covering branching strategies, pull requests, and preview/production environments through Vercel • Experience building and operating n8n workflows, including error handling and API/webhook integrations • Ability to read and reason about AI-produced TypeScript and SQL code and identify errors • Ability to produce Technical Design Documents covering architecture, data model, and security • Experience designing and building agent-based workflows, including sub-agents and orchestration agents • Experience working within Agile frameworks, including sprint planning, daily standups, and sprint-increment delivery • Strong prompt engineering skills for designing, testing, and iterating complex prompts • Comfortable working with REST APIs, webhooks, OAuth, and JSON • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills • Strong written and spoken English; able to create clear documentation and training materials • Ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders • Self-directed and structured working style; able to manage workload independently in a remote environment aligned with UK business hours • Curiosity and commitment to continuous improvement and staying current with AI developments • Desirable: formal software development background, NetSuite experience, Patchworks or other iPaaS experience, MCP familiarity, other AI platforms and models, Shopify experience, e-commerce operations knowledge, and D2C or multi-brand retail experience
