📋 Description

• Automate repetitive tasks • Streamline the software development lifecycle • Optimize deployment processes to enable faster and more reliable software releases • Analyze engineering processes and workflows to identify bottlenecks, inefficiencies, and improvement areas • Collaborate with engineering teams using guild insights to design and implement process improvements • Optimize code review processes • Implement continuous integration and delivery best practices • Contribute to Teachable, a no-code platform helping creators build businesses through courses, coaching, downloadable content, and communities

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of hands-on experience building and supporting production web applications • Experience with Docker, Kubernetes, AWS, and Terraform • Proficiency writing software used in a production environment • Experience working on a platform with multiple services • Ability and motivation to expand skillset and take on difficult challenges • Highly collaborative, documentation-focused approach • Ability to balance asynchronous communications and virtual meetings • Passion for solving complex technical problems in new and legacy codebases • Mindset of leaving the codebase better than found • Experience collaborating with team members of varying experience levels to design and implement technical projects • Ability to work and problem-solve independently • Humble, collaborative, customer-focused, and highly curious approach to problem-solving • Nice to have: DevOps or SRE experience • Nice to have: Proficiency using Golang and Ruby in production • Nice to have: Experience on an engineering enablement or platform team or contributing to engineering-wide initiatives
