📋 Description

• Develop high-quality solutions with clean, secure, and maintainable code • Analyze, interpret and critically assess specified solutions, identifying potential compliance and improvements • Work autonomously with a sense of ownership, seeking solutions to challenges without constant direction • Demonstrate a problem-solver attitude, overcoming technical and business obstacles with speed and accuracy • Implement and maintain solutions/systems, ensuring stability and security • Perform verification and validation testing of implemented features • Document developed solutions to ensure traceability and standardization • Evaluate and discuss problems and solutions collaboratively with the team • Act proactively to resolve technical or business issues • Provide technical support to internal and external clients when necessary • Participate in team ceremonies (dailies, reviews, retrospectives, plannings) • Contribute to the continuous improvement of the team's practices and processes • Support the team daily by clarifying business questions and removing impediments • Monitor your performance through team metrics and indicators

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in software development with a focus on PL/SQL • Organized and disciplined to handle both a high volume of tasks and large-scale projects • Proactive mindset with initiative to identify and eliminate impediments • Ability to adapt quickly to new situations and solve problems practically and effectively • Knowledge of relational data modeling • Proficient in software development methodologies • Experience with agile practices (Scrum, Kanban, agile principles) • Familiarity with BDD and TDD • Good verbal and written communication skills; able to work well in a team and maintain strong interpersonal relationships • Analytical and systemic thinking with the ability to perform quantitative analyses • Nice to have: experience with SGU GPL (Unimed Management System) • Nice to have: experience with Unimed systems or in the supplementary healthcare sector • Nice to have: experience with Java
