📋 Description

• Transform business requirements into robust, maintainable backend services aligned with architecture standards and Agile delivery processes • Design, build, and maintain backend services using Java 17/21 and Spring Boot • Implement and evolve REST and gRPC APIs following best practices and versioning standards • Ensure service reliability through unit/integration tests, troubleshooting, and root-cause analysis • Work with PostgreSQL, including schema design and performance tuning, and integrate Redis caching layers • Build and debug containerized services using Docker and deploy them on Kubernetes (GKE) • Apply OAuth2/OIDC, JWT validation, RBAC, and secure coding practices • Collaborate with cross-functional teams and own deliverables • Contribute to CI/CD workflows using Tekton/Jenkins and ArgoCD, following GitOps principles • Participate in technical discussions and design reviews • Mentor team members when needed

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience with Java 17 or 21 and Spring Boot in production systems • Solid understanding of REST APIs and familiarity with gRPC concepts • Hands-on experience with OAuth2/OIDC, JWT, and backend security fundamentals • Proficiency with PostgreSQL and JPA/Hibernate • Practical experience with Docker and Kubernetes, including deployments, debugging, ConfigMaps, and Secrets • Ability to troubleshoot distributed systems, analyze logs, and diagnose performance issues • Advanced English • Effective communication, transparency, and resilience in fast-paced, multicultural teams • Proactive ownership and continuous improvement mindset • Strong communication across technical and non-technical audiences • Ability to context-switch and balance priorities • Collaborative and adaptable approach under ambiguity and shifting requirements • Nice-to-have: Kafka or other event-driven technologies • Nice-to-have: NoSQL databases • Nice-to-have: Redis for caching and ephemeral data • Nice-to-have: GitOps, ArgoCD, Tekton pipelines, Helm, or Kustomize • Nice-to-have: GCP services including GKE, IAM, and Cloud Logging/Monitoring • Nice-to-have: OPA or policy-based access control • Nice-to-have: WebSockets or streaming APIs • Nice-to-have: Prototyping or integrating AI-driven automation
