📋 Description

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to define and deliver intuitive, user-centered digital products • Own design problems end-to-end, from user research and concept through interactive prototypes, handoff, delivery, and post-launch iteration • Define design requirements with product, engineering, and research stakeholders • Create wireframes, user flows, sitemaps, specifications, and other UX deliverables • Conduct user research to understand user needs and behaviors • Develop personas and user journeys • Design intuitive interfaces and interactive prototypes to validate concepts and drive alignment • Ensure consistency by following brand guidelines and design systems • Identify opportunities and act as a strategic design partner to product and business stakeholders • Facilitate team discussions that drive decisions and align priorities • Deliver user-centered solutions that solve business problems and improve user experience and product metrics • Produce production-ready experiences and high-quality handoffs

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record designing successful digital products and services • Strong knowledge of UX principles, user research methods, personas, and user journeys • Proficiency in Sketch, Figma, Adobe XD, Principle, or similar • Experience with InVision, Figma prototyping, Origami, Axure, or similar tools • Solid understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and interface design • Experience planning and running user research and usability testing, and synthesizing insights • Ability to create specifications and documentation for engineering handoff • Ability to work closely with engineers and product teams • Strong verbal and visual storytelling skills to present and justify design decisions • Fluent English
