📋 Description

• Map user journeys in complex B2B contexts (CFOs, controllers, founders, financial operators) • Validate hypotheses through qualitative research: user interviews, usability testing, and workflow observation • Design high-fidelity interfaces for embedded finance platforms, cash management, credit, and international accounts • Simplify the complexity of financial operations into intuitive flows: credit approvals, cash movements, foreign exchange (FX), and insurance • Work closely with Product, Engineering, and Business to ensure alignment of requirements and feasibility • Create and maintain design systems that scale products consistently • Communicate design decisions clearly through mocks, interactive prototypes, and presentations to stakeholders • Ensure accessibility (WCAG) across all interfaces, including for complex financial operations • Iterate quickly based on user feedback and product metrics • Mentor junior designers, sharing patterns, processes, and design excellence

🎯 Requirements

• Degree in Design, Arts, Psychology, or a related field • At least 5 years of experience in UX/UI design • Experience designing complex or operational products (fintech, banking, admin tools, dashboards) • Proficiency in Figma and interactive prototyping • Expertise in qualitative user research: interviews, usability testing, journey mapping • Knowledge of design systems and component patterns • Understanding of digital accessibility (WCAG 2.1, ARIA) • Domain knowledge of finance, including familiarity with credit, cash flow, and foreign exchange processes • Strong portfolio demonstrating medium- to high-complexity projects • Excellent communication skills and cross-functional collaboration • Fluent in Portuguese; English preferred • Differentiators: experience with B2B financial products or embedded finance; experience in fast-growing startups or fintechs; knowledge of design thinking and agile methodologies; experience with data analysis and product analytics; basic web development knowledge (HTML/CSS, React); experience with internationalization and financial compliance; prior experience mentoring mid/junior designers; active presence in UX/Design communities
