📋 Description

• Design the "Tier 1 Real-Time" explanation block, including Behavioral and Actuarial signal types and confidence labels • Architect Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) review queues and the Advisor UI for Layer 6 delivery • Set UI/UX standards for rendering agent outputs across Experience and Product/Finance domains • Review squad demos to ensure output quality and explainability meet standards before "Shadow Mode" promotion • Design a transparent, high-trust user experience for advisors, ensuring AI-generated insights are explainable, actionable, and safe

🎯 Requirements

• Expertise in UX for AI/Decision Intelligence platforms • Experience designing for complex financial service professional workflows • Strong understanding of Information Architecture and Explainable AI (XAI) principles • Proficiency in designing structured, non-LLM-generated UI components • Empathy for the end-user (Advisor) • Visual storytelling of complex data • Attention to detail regarding regulatory disclosures
