📋 Description

• Deliver appropriate solutions that consider multiple states, lifecycle stages, and product personas. • Master the Design System, understanding, following, and defining interaction and architecture patterns. • Ensure consistency and quality across the product's different platforms. • Understand the principles of building interfaces in code. • Be a reference within the tribe where you work. • Help define the business vision for multiple products within the tribe. • Guide customer journey discovery through advanced research techniques and exploratory data analysis. • Have direct impact on the tribe's roadmap and translate solutions into hypothesis tests. • Coordinate and facilitate interactions with stakeholders, ensuring alignment and visibility. • Shape strategic decisions within the tribe. • Drive and validate success metrics and prioritize initiatives based on outcome KPIs.

🎯 Requirements

• At least 7 years of experience. • Have led at least one project that was launched to market. • Work on ambiguous problems without a pre-defined scope, requiring difficult prioritization and balancing deadlines with quality. • Be a point of reference for decision-making regarding solution details. • Help the team solve problems without a well-defined scope and participate in solution discovery. • Provide constructive suggestions and critiques, disseminating technical knowledge within the team. • Build tactical direction for the area derived from the organization's strategy. • Use Generative AI tools, focusing on Claude and Gemini, for Content Chat / Conversational Design flows and processes. • Develop, test, and refine advanced prompts for conversational flows.
