📋 Description

• Design, evolve, and continuously improve the user experience of digital products and solutions, ensuring usability, accessibility, and alignment with business requirements. • Plan and conduct user research using qualitative and quantitative methods. • Gather and analyze business requirements from a user experience perspective, proposing user-centered solutions. • Create personas, empathy maps, user journeys, navigation flows, and information architecture. • Develop low-, mid-, and high-fidelity wireframes and prototypes. • Design interfaces aligned with User-Centered Design, Design Thinking principles, and UX best practices. • Conduct usability tests, interviews, validations, and heuristic evaluations; analyze results and recommend improvements. • Collaborate with Product Owners, Business Analysts, Developers, Architects, and other stakeholders throughout the development cycle. • Support the definition of functional and non-functional requirements related to the user experience. • Ensure visual and interaction consistency through Design Systems and component libraries. • Prepare functional specifications and UX documentation for development teams. • Participate in agile ceremonies, contributing to refinement, planning, validation, and tracking of deliveries. • Support the implementation of interfaces, monitoring the fidelity between proposed designs and developed solutions. • Monitor user experience, satisfaction, and usability metrics, proposing continuous improvements. • Ensure compliance with digital accessibility best practices (WCAG) and usability standards. • Contribute to the evolution of UX processes, promoting standardization, innovation, and knowledge sharing. • Stay up to date on trends, methodologies, tools, and best practices in UX and digital product design.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Design, Digital Design, Graphic Design, Information Systems, Computer Science, Psychology, Communication, Advertising, or related fields. • Experience in UX Design, Product Design, or related areas. • Knowledge of Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design (HCD), and User-Centered Design methodologies. • Experience conducting user research and usability testing. • Familiarity with information architecture, navigation flows, wireframing, prototyping, and interaction design. • Experience with design and prototyping tools such as Figma, Adobe XD, Sketch, or similar. • Knowledge of Design Systems and component libraries. • Knowledge of digital accessibility (WCAG) and usability. • Ability to produce functional documentation and interface specifications. • Familiarity with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban and/or SAFe). • Strong communication skills, analytical ability, and capacity to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams. • Certifications in UX Design, Design Thinking, Human-Centered Design, or Product Design (plus). • Experience with enterprise Design Systems and component governance (plus). • Knowledge of UX Research, Service Design, and Customer Experience (CX) (plus). • Knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript (plus). • Experience with Google Analytics, Hotjar, Microsoft Clarity, or similar tools (plus). • Experience in digital transformation projects and digital product development (plus). • Familiarity with user experience metrics such as NPS, SUS, CSAT, and CES (plus). • Experience facilitating workshops, discovery, Lean Inception, and Design Sprint (plus). • Experience in large corporate environments and multidisciplinary teams (plus). • Knowledge of accessibility applied to developing solutions for diverse user profiles (plus).
