📋 Description

• Conduct user research through surveys, interviews, and usability testing • Design wireframes, mockups, and high-fidelity prototypes using Figma, Adobe XD, or Sketch • Create clear proposals and documentation to support ideas and solutions across different ideation stages • Design, plan, and analyze testing strategies to validate solutions and improve the user experience • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to align design, business goals, and technical feasibility • Contribute to understanding design trends and market needs in the agricultural industry • Work closely with the Product Manager, agricultural experts, and clients during the discovery process

🎯 Requirements

• Student or graduate in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related fields • At least 5 years of experience in UI/UX design for mobile apps (web and native) and responsive web design • Experience conducting usability tests and analyzing results • Advanced English proficiency required • Advanced Spanish proficiency is a plus • Familiarity with agile methodologies and Design Thinking • Proficiency with Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Sketch, and Adobe XD • Creativity and passion for innovation • Strong results orientation • Autonomy and confidence in decision-making • Effective communication and teamwork • Curiosity and a continuous learning mindset
