📋 Description

• Collaborate with product teams (PO, PMs) and development in an agile environment to design digital solutions that solve real user problems. • Create wireframes, user flows, mockups, and low- and high-fidelity prototypes. • Actively contribute to the creation, maintenance, and evolution of Design Systems, ensuring visual and interaction consistency across platforms. • Support research activities, including interviews and usability tests, and analyze feedback to turn data into insights and improvement opportunities. • Translate complex business requirements into friendly, effective, and accessible interfaces. • Work closely with engineering teams during design implementation to ensure fidelity of the final delivery.

🎯 Requirements

• Presentation of a portfolio that clearly demonstrates design process, design reasoning, and UI/UX skills. • Advanced proficiency in Figma. • Familiarity with Sketch or Adobe XD. • Strong understanding of User-Centered Design (UCD), usability principles, and accessibility guidelines. • Experience working in Agile teams (Scrum/Kanban). • Degree completed or in progress in Design, Graphic Design, Information Systems, or related fields. • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS or experience with front-end development (plus). • Previous experience with Design Ops and scalable processes (plus). • Experience in e‑commerce projects or mobile app development (plus). • Certifications or courses in UX Research (plus). • Proactive attitude, passion for learning, strong argumentation skills, and ability to collaborate in multidisciplinary teams.
