📋 Description

• Independently lead complex product design work for a mature B2B operational platform used in healthcare simulation environments • Own major workflows from problem framing through delivery in collaboration with Product and Engineering • Simplify UX debt and improve consistency across scheduling, resource coordination, role-based permissions, administrative tools, and operational dashboards • Lead end-to-end product design from problem framing through implementation and iteration • Design constraint-heavy operational experiences, including scheduling flows, permissions, data views, tables, filters, forms, multi-step tasks, and administrative surfaces • Define problems, clarify priorities, understand technical constraints, and make scope and MVP trade-offs with Product and Engineering • Use research, prototyping, and validation to test assumptions, reduce product risk, and improve solutions • Create information architecture, interaction models, responsive behavior, content, states, edge cases, and error-recovery paths • Apply and extend the design system • Design accessible experiences aligned with WCAG 2.1 AA and validate accessibility with Engineering • Communicate problems, evidence, decisions, trade-offs, and outcomes to cross-functional teams, clients, and stakeholders • Review implemented experiences, identify design and accessibility gaps, and support evidence-based improvements • Contribute to shared standards, critique, documentation, and the wider Design team's effectiveness

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Product Design, UX Design, or a related field • Evidence of independently leading complex product design work from problem framing through delivery • Experience with mature B2B SaaS, enterprise, or operational platforms, including improving existing workflows and addressing UX debt • Portfolio explaining individual role, decisions, alternatives, trade-offs, collaboration, and impact • Strong product thinking connecting customer needs, business goals, technical constraints, and design decisions • Strong interaction design, information architecture, visual hierarchy, content, responsive design, and component thinking • Experience designing data-rich and constraint-heavy experiences such as scheduling, permissions, tables, dashboards, forms, and multi-step workflows • Working knowledge of WCAG 2.1 AA and practical experience applying accessibility requirements to product design • Experience partnering with Product and Engineering within a cross-functional team or major product area • Ability to select research and prototyping methods, synthesize evidence, and improve product direction • Experience with design systems and following solutions through implementation and QA • Proficiency in Figma, including components, variants, auto-layout, prototyping, and documentation • Advanced written and spoken English for daily collaboration with an international team and client stakeholders
