📋 Description

• Lead product design work across multiple projects • Deliver high-impact product design outcomes • Apply strategic design thinking to projects • Collaborate with product designers and cross-functional leadership • Influence cross-functional teams • Set up and maintain user research • Explore new practices and patterns for problem-solving • Clearly articulate design decisions

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in Product Design • Proven track record of delivering high-impact work • Outstanding design portfolio demonstrating strategic design thinking • Experience interacting with and influencing cross-functional teams • Experience leading multiple projects • Experience sharing work with other product designers and collaborating with cross-functional leadership • Ability to set up and maintain research • Fluent in English with strong verbal and written communication skills • Knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus • JavaScript is a plus • BSc in Design, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field is a plus
