📋 Description

• Conduct quantitative and qualitative research • Map customer journeys • Develop personas and investigate users' real pain points • Formulate hypotheses and structure Proofs of Concept (PoCs) • Validate solutions in an agile, lean way before scaling them • Act as a bridge between customer needs and product strategy • Ensure an analytical and investigative perspective on the product • Lead, mentor, and develop team members in day-to-day activities

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency with tools for problem discovery and investigation • Experience with qualitative and quantitative user research • Experience with journey mapping • Hands-on experience creating Proofs of Concept (PoCs) • Experience with hypothesis testing and rapid idea validation • Ability to think about the product and customer experience holistically • Experience leading and developing teams • Previous UX/UI design experience (a plus) • Previous experience in fintechs or financial institutions/banks (a plus)
