📋 Description

• Work alongside the Engineering Director to drive technical strategy • Lead architecture decisions across multiple client engagements • Design and drive technical solutions for complex, mission-critical problems • Define architecture patterns, technical standards, and scalable engineering best practices • Serve as the primary technical escalation point and trusted advisor to clients • Translate business challenges into technical strategy • Mentor senior engineers and architects • Champion AI and Agentic SDLC/DDLC practices across teams and client engagements • Ensure scalability, security, and operational efficiency of deployed solutions • Define KPIs, monitor solution health, and propose continuous improvements • Manage technical risks and escalate appropriately with stakeholders • Champion Agile practices and secure, high-quality engineering standards • Maintain architectural consistency across squads and client projects • Ensure alignment with CI&T’s strategic technical guidelines, governance frameworks, and best practices • Lead technical discovery sessions and requirements gathering with prospective and existing clients • Develop and present technical proposals addressing client needs and competitive positioning • Participate in statement of work development and scope definition • Identify account expansion opportunities and build business cases for additional services and scope • Support the Engineering Director in cultivating and scaling client relationships within the alliance

🎯 Requirements

• Several years of tenure at CI&T, with a proven track record of consistent, high-performance delivery • Currently operating at Architecture Manager level, or as a Systems Architect with demonstrated readiness to step into this role • Demonstrated autonomy and ability to own outcomes and drive delivery with minimal oversight • Strong client-facing track record with consistent, positive engagement • Experience working on projects with international or multinational clients • Strong engineering background with expertise in systems design, technical problem-solving, and architectural thinking • Experience with digital product development and cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, Google) • Background in CPG (Consumer Packaged Goods) industry • Demonstrated experience in pre-sales activities, technical proposal development, and client presentations • Experience writing or collaborating on statements of work and scope documentation • Comfort facilitating alignment between technical and business stakeholders across organizational levels • Advanced/fluent English is mandatory
