📋 Description

• Lead a squad (Developers and Data Engineer) to maintain and enhance digital products (e.g., supply chain platform, label management/printing). • Maintain and optimize agile ceremonies (retrospectives, daily stand-ups) while removing operational bottlenecks to ensure predictable, high-quality code delivery. • Track and report on key health indicators, including squad velocity, support performance and SLA compliance. • Act as the primary point of contact for Client stakeholders. • Negotiate and prioritize the backlog alongside Client Business representatives. • Work closely with CI&T Account Directors to identify new opportunities within Client. • Cultivate a high-performing team culture focused on psychological safety, continuous learning, and autonomy. • Ensure the team follows CI&T’s high technical standards—promoting Lean principles, CI/CD automation, clean code architectures, and robust QA practices to meet Client's high standards for precision and reliability.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven track record (typically 4+ years) leading agile teams as a Scrum Master, Product Owner, or Project Manager in complex digital consulting or enterprise software environments. • Experience with SAP is a plus. • Deep expertise in Scrum, Kanban, Lean IT, and scale frameworks. • Experience working with industrial, automotive, or global supply-chain clients is a differentiator for the Client account. • Exceptional communication, conflict-resolution, and client negotiation skills. • Ability to interface comfortably with both executive stakeholders and engineering teams. • Fluency in English is mandatory and proficiency in Portuguese, Spanish or Japanese is often preferred due to Client’s global footprints (HQ is in Japan; other units such as Brazil and Mexico are highly relevant).
