📋 Description

• Ensure coordination, monitoring and effective communication of multiple initiatives. • Support the management of upgrade and evolution projects for the ServiceNow platform. • Work closely with leadership, other project managers and cross-functional teams. • Maintain project plans, schedules and tracking controls for multiple workstreams. • Monitor progress of deliverables against defined milestones. • Track dependencies, risks, issues and decisions using RAID controls. • Ensure consistency and quality in project documentation and reporting standards. • Prepare and present materials for governance forums and follow-up meetings with leadership. • Consolidate status information, risks, decisions and next steps for executive and operational audiences. • Drive communication among stakeholders, technical areas and multidisciplinary teams. • Facilitate meetings, working sessions and workshops, recording actions, owners and decisions.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in project management, preferably in large-scale programs, platform transformations or technology modernization. • Experience in project monitoring, preparing reports and coordinating activities. • Strong organizational, planning and attention-to-detail skills. • Excellent communication skills and ability to manage technical and business stakeholders. • Ability to manage multiple priorities in dynamic, cross-functional environments. • Familiarity with delivery methodologies: Agile; hybrid; traditional. • Experience in transformation, modernization or large-scale platform upgrade initiatives. • Experience with governance, audit or compliance documentation. • Experience with ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM); Project and Portfolio Management (PPM); and ServiceNow platform upgrade projects.
