📋 Description

• Oversee project delivery and manage the project backlog • Balance objectives with day-to-day delivery needs • Collaborate with stakeholders for clear reporting and updates • Identify bottlenecks and propose improvements • Coordinate with remote team members in Agile setups

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years in Project Management (preferably in an outsourcing services or consultancy environment) • Proven technical background, being able to bridge the gap between non-technical stakeholders and engineering requirements • Skilled at orchestration of the project backlog to balance objectives with day-to-day delivery needs • Capable of overseeing timelines, budgets, and risks, while providing clear reporting (e.g., sprint burn-downs, progress updates) to stakeholders • Ability to analyze processes, identify bottlenecks, and propose data-driven improvements • Great written and verbal communication skills to convey product requirements to both technical and non-technical audiences • Experience working with remote / 3rd party team members in an Agile environment • Experience in running Scrum and Kanban is a must • Critical thinking skills to assess feature requests, prioritize effectively, and measure impacts • A creative, problem-solving attitude that seeks out new opportunities or improvements.
