📋 Description

• Manage the full delivery cycle of technical projects, mainly in CX and telecom environments • Handle both fixed-scope and Time & Materials (T&M) projects, ensuring delivery on time and within budget • Create and maintain project plans, including tasks, timelines, owners, and milestones • Identify project risks and coordinate with vendors, carriers, and third parties to resolve issues • Follow standard project management processes such as scheduling, reporting, change management, and risk tracking • Work closely with Engineering, Operations, IT, Product, Finance teams, and external partners • Monitor project budgets, forecasts, and costs together with Finance teams • Prepare project updates, reports, and dashboards for management and stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of hands-on project management experience • Proven experience managing technical projects from initiation through closure • Experience coordinating service orders, carrier escalations, maintenance activities, and multi-party technical cutovers • Strong communication and leadership skills • Proficiency with project management and collaboration tools such as Jira, MS Project, Confluence, and Excel • Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail • Ability to work effectively in multicultural and distributed team environments • PMP certification or equivalent project management qualification (Nice to have)
