📋 Description

• Squad Leadership: Lead and support a delivery team composed of an Architect, Full-stack Developers, a Product Designer, and QA. • Delivery and Management: Ensure delivery of order visibility and traceability on the B2B Portal, operating within a dynamic workflow. • Agile Methodologies and Adaptability: Operate under an Agenic / Kanban / pull systems approach (focused on Intent-Driven Development and adaptability, avoiding prescriptive Scrum). • Partnership with Leadership: Work closely with Account Management and have the autonomy to support the client in directing value.

🎯 Requirements

• Leadership Experience: Solid experience as a Squad Leader, Senior Tech Lead, or Project Manager. • Fluent/Advanced English: Required for day-to-day activities, alignment meetings, and client-facing interactions. • Fluid Agile Management: Strong command of Kanban, continuous flow, pull systems, and the ability to adapt to non-prescriptive methodologies (e.g., Agenic / Intent-Driven Development). • Location: Residence in Brazil.
