• Ensure efficient execution of HBit clients' corporate health projects • Translate strategic directives into actionable timelines • Allocate resources efficiently • Identify bottlenecks and opportunities within projects • Ensure effective communication and integration between operational and support teams • Drive continuous improvement of projects • Support the team by selecting and aligning focus on priorities and outcomes
🎯 Requirements
• Previous experience in project management, project monitoring, or project support • Familiarity with project management methodologies (PMBOK, Agile, Scrum, Kanban, etc.) • Experience with corporate health programs, quality of life, or employee wellness initiatives
