📋 Description

• Implement standard configurations, custom development, and data migration in Salesforce. • Provide maintenance and support, assisting with incident resolution and platform upkeep. • Manage version control and deployment processes following best practices. • Diagnose and resolve technical issues during projects and in production environments. • Collaborate with product teams and internal stakeholders to ensure successful deliveries. • Work in an agile, collaborative, and results-oriented environment.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience with Sales Cloud or Service Cloud. • Strong knowledge of code versioning (e.g., Git). • Programming logic and object-oriented programming skills. • Knowledge of relational databases (RDBMS). • Programmatic development (Apex, LWC, JavaScript) and declarative (point-and-click configurations). • Experience with integrations via APIs (REST, SOAP), ETL, and Web Services. • Knowledge of deployment practices (deploy, CI/CD) and MVC architecture in Salesforce. • Salesforce certifications (a plus). • Experience in requirements elicitation and technical solution design (a plus). • CRM knowledge (a plus). • Experience with agile methodologies (a plus). • Good communication skills for technical and business interaction.
