📋 Description

• Act as a technical reference for designing, architecting, and delivering scalable solutions • Own the architecture of distributed, cloud-native systems end-to-end, from infrastructure-as-code through production operations • Author Architecture Decision Records establishing enduring technical standards • Translate ambiguous business requirements into scoped, shippable technical plans • Drive alignment across product and engineering stakeholders • Raise the team’s technical bar through code reviews, design critiques, and mentorship • Take ownership of engineers’ technical growth

🎯 Requirements

• Proficiency in English at a C1 level or higher • Strong experience years of non-internship professional software development experience • Extensive programming experience with JavaScript/TypeScript • Experience leading the design or architecture of new and existing systems, including design patterns, reliability, and scaling • Years of experience developing cloud-native applications and platforms using Lambda, S3, DynamoDB, AWS Bedrock, SQS, SNS, and ECS • Ability to make architectural decisions around cost, performance, and scalability • Experience with or passion for generative AI • Experience as a mentor, tech lead, or engineering team lead • Experience leading the design, build, and deployment of complex, performant software solutions in production • Nice to have: experience across the full software development life cycle, including coding standards, code reviews, source control management, build processes, testing, and operations • Nice to have: Bachelor's degree in computer science or equivalent • Nice to have: experience developing IaC using Terraform or AWS CDK • Nice to have: experience with AI tooling such as Claude Code or Cursor • Nice to have: experience building or integrating AI agents using LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel, or similar
