• Understand requirements from a business perspective and bridge client needs with the technical team • Participate in discovery meetings to gather insights and requirements • Engage in refinement and readiness activities, helping define tasks and estimate development effort • Collaborate with the development team to define solution architecture and design aligned with requirements • Report progress effectively to clients • Propose approaches to help clients achieve their goals • Adapt to a highly fluid environment with shifting priorities • Assist team members in developing their skills • Address real business challenges with clients and the team • Work in high-performance agile teams on international contracts
🎯 Requirements
• Experience building rapport with clients • Skilled in gathering business requirements and translating them into user stories • Solid background in scope management • Proficient in backlog management • Familiarity with Scrum and Kanban methodologies • Advanced English skills for effective client communication • Spanish is required • Ability to adapt to a highly fluid environment with shifting priorities
