📋 Description

• Gather, analyze, and document detailed business requirements with stakeholders • Apply Agile methodologies to facilitate iterative and adaptive planning • Provide Financial Services industry insights on best practices, compliance, and regulatory requirements • Analyze and optimize business workflows and process flows • Conduct data mapping and data flow analysis • Facilitate integration between diverse systems and ensure data transfer and interoperability • Work with transactional systems and align them with business objectives • Communicate complex technical concepts in written and verbal English • Collaborate effectively in a distributed team environment

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the Financial Services industry • Expertise in Agile methodologies and experience working in Agile teams • Strong understanding of workflow and process flow analysis • Proficient in data mapping and data flow analysis • Experience with integration between different systems • Familiarity with transactional systems and their functionalities • Excellent English language skills (written and verbal) • Experience in the Mortgage industry in the US is nice to have
