📋 Description

• Engage with business stakeholders to understand context, challenges, and underlying needs • Translate complex requirements into detailed technical specifications for AI and analytics platforms • Own data products from ingestion through modeling, transformation, validation, delivery, and monitoring • Implement validation processes, automated testing, and quality checks • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and business-aligned metrics and KPIs • Design data transformation layers applying consistent business rules • Deliver datasets for dashboards and AI applications • Collaborate with AI teams on structured data, data dictionaries, and models • Build and maintain multi-source data ingestion pipelines using SQL and Python • Ensure solution performance and scalability • Identify improvement opportunities and propose innovative solutions • Deliver reliable data solutions through agile, high-quality iteration • Explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences • Facilitate alignments, present solution proposals, and document modeling and architecture decisions

🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in a Data Engineering or Analytics Engineering role at senior level • Advanced proficiency in SQL and Python for data analysis, transformation, and validation • Solid experience in data modeling and data warehouse design • Hands-on experience working with BigQuery or another cloud-based data warehouse platform • Ability to understand complex business logic and validate results from a business perspective • Strong ownership and proactive mindset • Experience specifying and preparing data requirements for AI or machine learning applications • Advanced/fluent English in reading, writing, and conversation • Track record of delivering high-impact projects quickly and with quality • Nice to have: experience with dbt • Nice to have: familiarity with Airbyte or Airflow • Nice to have: knowledge of automated testing best practices and CI/CD for data pipelines
