📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for the project teams. • Lead the management and optimization of an agentic development pipeline using SDD across end-to-end processes from upstream to downstream. • Act as a technical reference for Java/Spring Boot development. • Make day-to-day technical decisions, proposing improvements and scalable solutions. • Integrate with secure, resilient, and scalable cloud environments. • Integrate with microservices architectures and Kubernetes (EKS). • Assist in evolving CI/CD pipelines, ensuring secure and traceable releases. • Ensure full observability (logs, metrics, alerts). • Communicate technical implementations clearly and collaboratively with the team.

🎯 Requirements

• Strong experience in technical leadership and architecture within development teams. • Strong experience as a Java developer with Spring Boot. • Solid knowledge in development with SDD. • Solid knowledge in development using AI. • Strong technical autonomy. • Be a mature, collaborative technical reference with a quality-oriented mindset. • Ability to make technical decisions and elevate the team’s overall level. • Good communication skills. • Continuous improvement mindset with a focus on operational reliability. • Preferred qualifications: • Experience with web systems. • Experience in corporate and regulated/governed environments. • Experience with API-driven and microservices architectures. • Experience with solutions that leverage Artificial Intelligence. • Experience in interpersonal communication with clients' technical leadership. • Additional desirable knowledge: • Familiarity with AWS cloud services and tools. • Knowledge of advanced data security practices.
