📋 Description

• Lead multidisciplinary teams with diverse profiles • Drive the Hybrid Squads strategy and lead structuring initiatives • Design and evolve acceleration programs for AI-focused roles • Structure and monitor action plans based on operational metrics and OKRs • Manage employee expectations across different management levels • Manage team climate, culture, and career (FeedZup, Performa, Méritos, Promotions, Attrition) • Ensure high technical quality and a proactive client-facing stance from teams • Foster Zup's culture with a focus on continuous development • Maintain executive alignment with client leadership • Identify opportunities to position Zup as a strategic partner with technical authority • Manage career development and progression of direct and indirect reports • Define, lead, and track strategic initiatives, especially in AI

🎯 Requirements

• Strong people management skills • Systemic thinking and broad business vision • Proficiency with engineering and agile metrics • Experience in complex environments with multiple stakeholders • Ability to influence without direct formal authority • Ability to execute strategically with a results focus • Proven experience leading mainframe modernization projects leveraging AI • Experience building and managing in-house Generative AI platforms at large financial institutions • Advanced practice with governance mechanisms and performance measurement for large-scale AI agents • Expertise in agile frameworks applied to delivering innovative technology solutions
