📋 Description

• Serve as a technical leader, owning complex software solutions and architectural decisions • Design, develop, and deliver high-quality, scalable back-end systems • Shape technical strategy and lead implementation of critical services • Bridge engineering execution and business objectives • Lead design and implementation of performant, scalable, and reliable back-end features • Contribute to architectural evaluations and technical strategy • Define coding standards, best practices, and testing strategies • Conduct code reviews and promote continuous improvement • Troubleshoot complex technical challenges • Drive performance optimization, scalability, and security • Assess new technologies and lead proof-of-concept development • Own complex back-end deliverables and provide technical estimations • Participate in sprint planning, milestone tracking, agile ceremonies, deployment, and release management • Manage technical debt • Collaborate with diverse teams and clients to gather requirements and propose solutions • Prepare technical documentation and design specifications • Support pre-sales initiatives through technical expertise, demos, and consultations • Translate business requirements into scalable back-end implementations • Provide feasibility assessments and timeline and resource input • Mentor colleagues and foster client relationships • Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders

🎯 Requirements

• 7+ years of extensive experience in back-end development • Deep expertise in at least one major back-end language, such as Java, Kotlin, .NET, or C# • Strong knowledge of database technologies, query optimization, and schema design • Hands-on experience with cloud services, including Azure or AWS, compute, storage, networking, and managed databases • Proven experience designing and implementing microservices architectures and RESTful APIs • Proficiency in Docker, Kubernetes, serverless architectures, and CI/CD pipeline development • Strong understanding of security best practices, performance optimization, and system reliability • Demonstrated experience leading technical projects and mentoring teams • Excellent English communication skills • Experience working in agile, cross-functional teams • Knowledge of key performance indicators and monitoring tools such as Datadog or New Relic is a plus • Relevant certifications, such as AWS, Java, or cloud architecture, are advantageous
