📋 Description

• Join the team as a Senior .NET Developer with experience in VB and SPB • Develop and maintain solutions in .NET, C#, VB, VB.NET and VB6 • Work with web services, REST/SOAP APIs, WCF, WebAPI and XML • Work with legacy systems in VB, VB.NET, VB6 and SYBASE, driving digital transformation toward the target future state (TO-BE) • Elicit product requirements and build close relationships with business stakeholders • Perform reverse engineering, translating code into business rules • Improve engineering process maturity through code reviews, testing, version control and release/rollback strategies

🎯 Requirements

• Strong development experience in .NET Core (6+) / .NET: C#, VB, VB.NET and VB6 • Strong knowledge of web services, RESTful APIs, WCF, SOAP, WebAPI and XML • Strong knowledge of PL/SQL databases; Oracle experience preferred • Familiarity with messaging systems such as RabbitMQ, Kafka or SQS • Knowledge of unit testing frameworks such as xUnit or NUnit • Ability to elicit product requirements, ask probing questions, build close relationships with business areas, and work independently with self-organization • Willingness to work on legacy systems in VB, VB.NET, VB6 and SYBASE • Experience with agile methodologies: Scrum/Kanban • Practical experience with PL/SQL • Experience building REST/SOAP APIs, Web API, Windows Services and WCF • Knowledge of SOLID principles, DDD, OOP, dependency injection and data persistence • Familiarity with AWS cloud services • Experience with reverse engineering • Knowledge of SPB – Brazilian Payment System and its message formats
