📋 Description

• Work as a Senior Kotlin Backend Developer in partnership with a Brazilian digital bank • Develop and maintain backend solutions using Kotlin or Java • Work with Spring, Redis, MongoDB, Postgres, and AWS (SQS, S3) • Implement unit tests • Collaborate with the team, share knowledge, and provide mentoring • Propose continuous improvements and optimizations • Understand the impact of decisions on architecture and the business

🎯 Requirements

• Experience/competence with Kotlin or Java • Knowledge of Spring • Knowledge of Redis • Knowledge of MongoDB • Knowledge of Postgres • Knowledge of AWS, especially SQS and S3 • Experience with unit testing • Docker (desirable) • Apigee (desirable) • JavaScript (desirable) • Clear communication • Problem solving • Critical thinking • Accountability • Systems thinking • Mentoring and collaboration • Adaptability
